Refund policy
Products (excluding gift cards) can be returned if:
- They are damaged upon arrival.
- They are incorrect based on the written specifications of the purchase.
- You reject any proposed pricing changes.
- They must be un-worn/un-used.
We offer no warranties on products that fail and/or become damaged after a customer has received them.
Qualifying products must be returned by customers at their own cost by simply returning them with the included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product to MK Active Limited, 2/81 Buderim Avenue, Mooloolaba, 4557, Queensland.
Unless the return is due to a rejection of a pricing change, a replacement item (exact same as what was purchased) will be offered if our stock levels allow.
If a replacement is not possible, we will offer a full refund based upon the original payment method. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
